How we calculate your comparison
Contingent cost = planned hires × average annual CTC × fee percentage. RPO cost = monthly fee × number of months. Savings = contingent cost − RPO cost. Cost per hire assumes all planned hires are completed. Break-even shows the first whole number of hires where RPO costs less, using the same salary, fee and period.
